Gateway Apartments! We want to talk with you about our great
apartments!
We do not maintain a waiting list, per se, however, we do
maintain a contact list. We collect names of interested persons
and supply these groups with forms and will contact them personally
regarding their interest at Gateway, about tours of our apartments, and
about our great amenities package.
To get on our list, you should have a group of 4 people
or be committed to finding a total of 4 persons to occupy an apartment.

obligate you in any way.
