Parking Policy:

  • Gateway Apartments parking lots at 929 Nord Avenue and 813 Nord Avenue are permit lots where only vehicles with valid Gateway Apartments permits may park.

  • Residents may park their vehicle in the parking lots provided a valid parking permit is properly displayed as follows:

    •  On the interior of the Back window, driver side lower corner, or;

    • On Rear view mirror tag facing outward if windows are tinted or if permit is not visible on back.

    • Motorcycle: Placement should be on fender or windshield.

  • THERE IS NO GUEST OR PUBLIC PARKING ALLOWED IN THE GATEWAY APARTMENTS PARKING LOT.

  • Any vehicle without a valid permit, or a vehicle whose permit is not clearly visible is subject to towing without warning, at the vehicle owner’s expense.

  • Residents who have a vehicle registered in their name or that of their guarantor may be issued a maximum of one parking permit for that vehicle.

  • All vehicles must be correctly parked between the lines.

  • A Motorcycle, moped or scooter must use the motorcycle parking area by Apt.# 34.

  • Any vehicle improperly parked, double parked, parked in Fire Lane, No Parking Zone, Handicap Zone (unless legal placard or plates displayed), on sidewalk, or any other non-parking space is subject to being towed without warning and cited at the vehicle owner’s expense.

  • No trailers, (utility, boat, etc) are allowed in the Gateway parking lots.

  • Permission to park is revocable at any time.

  • Residents who forge or move permits to unregistered vehicles are subject to immediate cancellation of their parking privilege and immediate tow-away at vehicle owner expense.

  • It is the resident’s responsibility to notify the manager in advance of their intent to utilize a different vehicle.  This permit is not transferable.

  • The permit number listed on the parking permit is valid only for the vehicle associated with the permit number in the Gateway Office.
