         
Emergency Repair Criteria
We will provide, to the maximum extent possible,
immediate service for the following types of problems:
- Complete Heating system failure.
- Complete Plumbing system failure.
- Security issues including broken windows or doors
that will not lock.
- Sewer system failure.
- Complete Electrical System failure.
- Refrigerator failure.
- Air Conditioner system failure.
Our ability to repair is, of course, subject to parts
availability and the availability of staff to effect repairs. Remember, if
the emergency is a result of a natural disaster or other act beyond our control,
we will triage repairs based on our assessment of the relative severity of the
damage compared to the damage in other apartments.
