for slow and unreliable AT&T DSL and plain old telephone service.
We have found Comcast to be superior in all respects to AT&T, and just
recommend that you use Cell Phones for phone and not use the old phone
company at all!.

Pest Control: Contact your resident
manager at 895-3555. Chippewa Pest Control, our contracted pest control
company will be dispatched to deal with insects, vermin, and other pest
issues. There is no charge to you for this service. If you have

Garbage: Gateway contracts with Norcal
Waste Systems to provide garbage service. There is no charge to you for
this service.
