New Resident Checklist

  • Complete Move-In walk through paperwork.  Your checklist is due within 10 days of the lease start date.  If you do not submit your paperwork on or before this date, you will LOSE your opportunity to document the move-in condition.

  • Gas and Electric Service: Contact Pacific Gas and Electric at 800-743-5000, or click here.

  • Water and Sewer Service: Contact California Water Service at 895-8486, or click here.

  • Phone, Digital Voice, Cable TV: Contact Steve at Comcast at 530-624-1968.  If Steve is not available, you can call 1-800-266-2278 or click here.  Comcast has the best combination of reliability, price, and service. 

  • AT&T:  You can opt for slow and unreliable AT&T DSL and plain old telephone service.  We have found Comcast to be superior in all respects to AT&T, and just recommend that you use Cell Phones for phone and not use the old phone company at all!.

  • Pest Control:  Contact your resident manager at 895-3555.  Chippewa Pest Control, our contracted pest control company will be dispatched to deal with insects, vermin, and other pest issues.  There is no charge to you for this service.  If you have pests now that need control, please click here.

  • Garbage: Gateway contracts with Norcal Waste Systems to provide garbage service.  There is no charge to you for this service.
