Our NeighborhoodGateway is located in the heart of the Nord shopping district, and is also very close to the CSU Chico campus. There is great Shopping, and there are great Restaurants a short walk from the apartments. If you don't own a car, don't worry. You couldn't pick a better spot to live than Gateway.
