Gateway Apartments is a family business owned and operated by the Sheridan family.  We are proud of the property, and take great pride in this complex. We also recognize that our success is dependent on our providing our residents with a great value and will work hard to make Gateway a great place to live.  There is no management company, and no layers of approval to go through when something needs repair.  You can come by our office when you have a problem and we will deal with the issue directly and promptly.

Your Resident Manager, Kim Silveria

Kim joined Gateway in 2007 following the resignation of our last manager.  Originally intending to take over the lease of a resident who decided to leave Chico, Kim impressed Gateway's management at a time when a new Resident Manager was needed.  We are delighted to have Kim on our team, and know you will be too!

Kim is a student at CSU Chico where she excels in her pursuit of a Liberal Arts degree.

Your Property Manager, Bill Sheridan

Bill designed and built Gateway from the ground up in 1986 and has been involved ever since.  Bill and his wife Geralyn developed a resident centric business model that is focused on providing good customer service.  There is no pesty management company to deal with!  When you live at Gateway, you can expect extra perks including:

• Resident appreciation week - On Monday, food will be available all day long.  On Tuesday, you get a special gift.  On Wednesday, food all day long again.  On Thursday, another gift is delivered.  On Friday a drawing for the grand finale prize drawing.
• Food for finals - Catered restaurant food for a few meals during the finals week.
• Gift baskets - We always provide a gift basket with goodies when you first move in.
• Monthly newsletters - Timely information and fun stuff are delivered in our monthly newsletter..

Computerized Accounting

• We use Yardi's Property Management system, and have a customized system that allows us to maintain separate accounts for each resident to go with our individual leases.   Tight internal audit controls, and monthly account reconciliation allows us to provide you with very accurate and timely information on your account status.  If you ever need a historical ledger or other information, we can quickly provide you with accurate data.
