Resident Portal
Welcome to the Resident Portal of Gateway Apartments. Your portal allows you to do many things including:
- Pay rent and charges with an ECheck, Discover, or MasterCard (Visa, due to their rules, are very restrictive)
- Setup automatic payments for only $1.95 per month; you will never be late for rent by using this service.
- Lookup a history of your payments and charges.
- Find out how much you owe
- Make a request for service to address a maintenance issue.
The portal is fully linked to our accounting software.
Note that payments made on the portal site are received by our bank three days following the payment date. This means that if you pay your rent online after the second of any month, your rent will be late.
